Velma Behn was born December 20, 1913 in Lawton, OK to the union of John Mosley Behn, Jr. and Evelyn (Evelina) Behn.
Velma departed this life on April 2, 1995 at the age of 81 years.
Preceding her in death were her parents, a son, Earnest Allen, and a sister, Willie Robinson Smallwood.
Velma is survived by eight grandchildren.
Services held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Saint James Baptist Church, Rev. R.T. McNeil, Officiating.
