Mrs. R.L. Ritch Succumbs At Flint
Mrs. R.L. Ritch, aged about 78, of 605 Columbia avenue, Sheffield, died Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Flint sanitorum in Morgan county after a lingering illness.
Surviving are nephews, Lawrence Ennis, of Sheffield; Frank Ennis of Belle Mina and a number of other nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 3:30 from Brown Service funeral home in Decatur by Rev. Wilson, Decatur Methodist minister. Burial will be in Decatur cemetery.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. Ritch died about five years ago in Sheffield where he was an employee of the Southern Railway. Mrs. Ritch was long prominent in work of the Methodist church and the Eastern Star.
