Husband of Mary "Mubby" Lewis Allen

This info was in his obit. in the Waco Tribune-Herald Married Mary Lewis in 1927. After her death he m. Lou Massie in 1977.
He was a 1927 graduate of TX A & M Univ. and later became secretary-treasurer of the TX Turnpike Authority until he retired in 1973. He helped build the Dallas-Ft. Worth Turnpike, which was the first turnpike in TX, and he also helped build the North Dallas Tollway.
Among other survivors was his mother, Mrs. Anne Bergman of Clifton. Submitted by Rita Balentine Hogan.
