John Armstrong Thomas was my g grandfather, he was born to William Felder Thomas and Elizabeth Parrish Thomas in Ward SC. He married Matilda Elizabeth Rodgers and they had 7 children. Lizzie, William, Mary Bell, Frankie, Fannie Ruth(my grandmother), Idelle and Olivia.
They moved to Columbia SC at some point in time to work in the cotton mill there. I dont know much about him.
He and Matilda are buried in Elmwood Cemetary in Columbia SC.
