Goodrich, 79, died October 27, 1971 in a Livingston hospital.
Born in 1892, in Wisconsin, he married Pearl Irene Warden in 1916 and moved to Rapelje in 1917.
In 1929, Goodrich moved to Bozeman, where he ranched and worked for the Forest Service until he retired in 1965. Pearl died in 1950.
He married Cleo Kearns in 1968.
Survivors include his wife, Cleo; a son, James Glen Goodrich, Gallatin Gateway; a daughter, Mrs. E. E. (Nadine) Patrick, New Mexico; and five grandchildren.
Burial was in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
