Frank M. Smith, 92, died Sunday at Clinton Manor nursing home, where he had been a patient one week. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Snell-Smith funeral home, with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery in Camanche. The Rev. M. S. Bredow, pastor of the Zion Lutheran church, will officiate. friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
Mr. Smith was born Feb. 1, 1873, in Camanche, the son of Benjamin and Rozella Littig Smith. A life resident of the area, he was educated in Clinton and Camanche schools. He married Elta Flack in 1904.
Surviving are one son, Clifford of Clinton; four daughters, Mrs. Ernest (Ethel) May, Mrs. Iola Boss, Mrs. Valeria Heath and Mrs. Marjorie McMahon, all of Clinton; 22 grandchildren; 20 great - grandchildren; an two great - great- grandchildren.
His parents and several brothers and sisters preceded him in death.
