INFANT SON DIES SHORTLY AFTER BIRTH

John Boeding, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Boeding, Houghton, died at 2:50 p. m. Thursday, June 20, in Sacred Heart hospital, Fort Madison, shortly after birth.
He was a member of St. John's church, and is survived by his parents; two sisters, Mary Johanna and Marietta Ann; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Sanders, Houghton, and Mrs. Mary Boeding, West Point.
Funeral services were conducted at 4 p, m. at the grave in Calvary cemetery in West Point, Friday, with the Rev. Albert Goetzman, pastor of St. John's church at Houghton, officiating.
