NEWCASTLE. Iron County—Ida Stirling Tullis. 76. died Thursday in a Cedar City hospital of causes incident to age. Born Dec. 28, 1881. in Leeds, Washington County, to William and Sarah Laney Stirling. Married John H. Tullis June 28, 1905, in St. George Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Taught school in Washington County several years. Active in LDS Church auxillaries. Survivors: sons and daughter. Sterling, David, Scott, Newcastle; Carroll, Enterprise: Jerome. Salt Lake City: Mrs. Verue Sandstrom. Provo; brothers and sisters. David, Joseph, Mrs. Ruth Porter, Mrs. Belle Jolley, Mrs. Llbby Bee. Leeds; 29 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. Funeral Monday 1 p.m. in Newcastle LDS Ward Chapel. Friends call at Southern Utah Mortuary Sunday 4-7 p.m. and Monday after 10 a.m.at family home in Newcastle.
