Andrew Weiglein was a prominent farmer and pioneer of the Town of LeRoy, Wisconsin. Not only was he one of the veterans of the Civil War, but he served his home country, Bavaria, for six years in his youth. He emigrated to America in 1856. This information was taken from Andrew's obituary in the August 8, 1912 issue of the Mayville News.
