She was retired from Washington Mills; was a cookie baker and quilt maker. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Jimmie Wilson Blair; brothers, Harvie, Lesley, V.E. "Bay", Lemuel, Samuel, Matthew, Grover and Herman Nelson; and sister, Ruth Walker.
