She was born in Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, Pa., daughter of Peter and Sarah (Hauck) Fry. She married her first cousin, Lewis Bricker, son of Jacob and Mary (Fry) Bricker. She was a member of the Luthern Church. To this union were born twelve children;
1.Sarah, wife of John Smith of Princeton, Il.
2.Martin, married Miss Martha Mosser, of Camp Hill, Cumberland Co. Pa.
3.Mary, wife of George Martin of Perry Co. Pa.
4.Elizabeth, wife of Andrew Clark of Silver Spring twp.
5.Jacob, married Miss Susan Long, Hampton twp.
6.Theresa, wife of Franklin Fry of Steelton, Pa.
7.Clara, wife of Dr.John Sibert of Steelton, Pa.
8.Ida, wife of Thomas L.Long of Oskaloosa, Iowa
9.Rebecca, wife of John Becker of Steelton, Pa.
