Alonzo F. Myers, 72, 420 West Mendenhall, died at his home Saturday, where he had lived for the past seven years. A life long resident of Gallatin County, he had farmed near Menard for many years.
He was born in Willow Creek April 24, 1886 the son of Charles Myers and Sarah Spafford. He married Helen Davis at Bozeman, January 4, 1910.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Helen Myers, Bozeman; four sons, Dennis R. and Milburn, both of Bozeman; Wayne, Belgrade; and Clyde Myers, New London, Conn.; one daughter, Mrs. M. (Hazel) Hunt, Bozeman; three brothers, Albert Myers, Manhattan; Irwin Myers and Earl Myers, both of Belgrade; one sister, Mrs. Louis Pavey, Livingston; five grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces. A daughter, Mrs. Carl Williams, preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Dahl Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
