Vito Green, 87, of 1809 Race, died at 8:45 a.m. Monday in his home. He had lived in Houston for over 75 years. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Catherine Sciacca, and Mrs. Anthonett Gouras of Houston and Mrs. Jessie Villareal of Galveston: four sons, John J. and F. A. Green of Houston, and Nicholas and Joseph Green of LaPorte, and 22 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Perry-Foley funeral home and at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Annunciation church, with Rev. A. Frank officiating, Burial will be in the Garden of Gethsemane. Rosary will be recited at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Perry-Foley funeral home. Perry-Foley funeral home directing.
