Rites Held Saturday For William Schneider
Funeral services were held Saturday for William Schneider, 64, from Zion Lutheran church at Louis Corners. Mr. Schneider died at Holy Family hospital Thursday after a month's illness. The Rev. William J. Hartwig was in charge of the services and burial was amde in the church cemetery.
He was born May 26, 1891, in Schleswig, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Schneider, and Dec. 23, 1912, married Miss Alma Mueller of Meeme.
They located on the farm in Liberty, which he operated for 32 years.
Surviving are his wife; son Gilbert of School Hill; two daughters, Mrs. Leroy Quandt of Kiel and Mrs. Anton Stiefvater of Rt. 1, Valders; four brothers, John and Edwin of Sheboygan, Ferd of Kiel and Oscar of Rhine Center; two sisters, Mrs. Fred Rupnow of Randolph, Wis., and Mrs. A.Hens(?) of Sheboygan; and nine grandchildren
