CALLED BY DEATH
Mrs. Julius Theileke(sic), aged 68 years, died at her farm home in the town of
Schleswig on Wednesday morning.
Mrs. Theileke, nee Elizabeth Schumacher, was born in Hessen-Darmstadt, Germany,
April 14, 1857. She came to this country in 1866 and settled in Howards Grove.
On Feb. 20, 1881, she was united in marriage to Julius Theileke and after living
in Howards Grove for several months, the couple moved to their present home,
where Mrs. Theileke passed away.
She is survived by her husband and four sons, Walter, Rudolph, Ed., and Herman;
also 2 brothers and 10 grandchildren.
The funeral services will be held at the late home at 1:30 Saturday afternoon.
Burial will be made in the Louis Corners cemetery. Rev. W. Kuether will officiate.
