Daisy Frances Rakes Webb
OAK HILL — Daisy Frances Rakes Webb, 70, died Thursday, April 12, 2007, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington.
Born Jan. 26, 1937, at Carlisle, she was the daughter of the late John Posey and Fannie Gracie Adkins Rakes.
Mrs. Webb was a member of Assembly of God, Oak Hill, and a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Llewellyn Webb, on Feb. 25, 2006; two brothers, Homer Rakes and Paul Rakes; a sister, Viola Grace Rakes; and a half brother, Jim Miller.
Survivors include two sons, Cecil Dwayne Webb of Prosperity and David Llewellyn Webb of Oak Hill; a daughter, Sharon Frances Webb Beal of Oak Hill; two brothers, Cecil Rakes of Hilltop and Charles Rakes and wife, Betty, of Strasburg, Ohio; and three sisters, Pearl Bryant of Louisiana, Hallie Kincaid of Scarbro and Deana Robinson and husband, Calvin, of Republic, Ohio.
Graveside rites and committal service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Hilltop Cemetery with Evangelist Calvin Robinson officiating. Burial will follow.
Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. today at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill.
