He was preceded in death by his son, Jon. He is survived by Molly Batchelor, his wife of 52 years; his sons, Aaron Batchelor IV of Philadelphia and David Batchelor of Lebanon; his daughters, Diane Ruh of Philadelphia and Linda Batchelor of Glenolden; his brother, David Batchelor of New Jersey; and his sisters, Catherine Losak of Lower Chichester, Hannah English of Delaware, Lynne Goode of New Jersey, Mae of Philadelphia; and his grandson Corey.
