Mrs. Callie Branch Albin of Goodman died Tuesday morning, June 6 at the District II Hospital in Durant.
Funeral services were at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday from First United Methodist Church in Goodman with the Rev. Nabors officiating. Interment was at Hillcrest Cemetery in Goodman.
Mrs. Albin was the widow of the late Hal J. Albin. She and her husband had extensive farming interest in the Goodman area and owned and operated a mercantile store for many years.
She was the daughter late Edward T. Branch, Sr. and Nettie Ousley Branch.
Survivors include two sons, Hugh Lee and Edward Albin, both of Goodman; two daughters, Mrs. R. B. Shivers of Mendenhall and Mrs. W. A. Walker of Clarksdale; one sister, Mrs. Mayme McCrory of Goodman; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
