He immigrated to the United States around 1910.
Mike, lived with his wife, Elizabeth (Laszlo), at 49 E. Cedar St. in Akron, Ohio, where they housed borders. Two daughters, Rosa and Edith would share this home.
On November 19, 1937, Mike Kish would die in the same home where wife Elizabeth had taken her last breath just a few years earlier in 1933. At the time of his passing, Mike was about 75 years of age, and retired.
He was buried November 22, at Holy Cross Cemetery.
