Funeral services for Mrs Della Britt, 75, were held at 2 pm Sunday in the First Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Dickover, pastor, officiating. Internment was in Carnegie Cemetery.
Mrs. Britt was born June 22, 1894 in Tennessee and had been a long-time resident in the Carnegie community. She died Friday in the Carnegie hospital after a long illness.
Survivors include a son, Jim Britt of Anadarko; four daughters, Mrs. Lois Hanifin of Carnegie, Mrs. May Anderson of Eakly, Mrs. Melba Callaway and Mrs. Flossie Gee both of Mountain Park.

Funeral services for Mrs. Della Britt were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, November 30 in the First Baptist church with Rev. Bill Dickover, pastor, officiating, assisted by Rev. Jimmy Riddlespurger. Interment was in the Carnegie cemetery.
Mrs. Britt was married to Hugh Frank Britt in 1908. The had eight children.
Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Flossie Nix of Medicine Park, Mrs. Mae Anderson of Eakly, Mrs. Lois Hanifin of Carnegie, Mrs. Annie Daniel of Wichita Falls, and Velda Calloway of Marlow; three sons, Henry Britt of Shawnee, J.E. Britt of Anadarko and Bob Britt of Salem, Oregon; 24 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
