Mrs. Delura Grayham was born March 27, 1854, and died May 29, 1904, at New Decatur. Sister Graham professed faith in Christ early in life and joined the M. E. Church south. She was married to Mr. N. C. Graham October 27, 1887 and up to her last day she was a pure and devoted wife. She always manifested deep interest in her home and loved ones. Only her devoted husband and loved ones who were constantly with her during her afflictions and who exerted every effort for her comfort, know how much she suffered. But how full of comfort to think now she has realized the fulfillment that "these light afflictions, which are but for a moment, maketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal glory". Sister Grayham has gone leaving a husband and daughter to mourn their loss, but though she can't come to them, they can go to her where there will be no separation.
