Long Illness Is Fatal To Valentine Ramminger Today

Elkhart Lake. (Special) Valentine Ramminger, 55, died at his home at Crystal Lake at 8:45 a. m. today following an illness of many years.
He was born in St. Anna June 6, 1865, son of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Ramminger. The couple lived on the Ramminger homestead until June of 1923, when they moved to the present home.

Survivors are the widow, nine children, Sylvester, Herbert, Oscar, Edwina, Lillian, Rose Marie, Virginia and Wallace, at home, and Hildegard (Mrs. Helmuth Drews) of Kiel.
Two daughters and a son died in infancy.

Other survivors are two brothers, Fabian, of Milwaukee, and Anton, of Chilton, one sister, Mrs. Peter Meyer, of Hayward.
A sister, Mrs. Herman Stinn, of Chicago, and a brother, Ambrose, preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at St. George Catholic church to Elkhart Lake, with burial in St. Anna cemetery. The Rev. A. J. Reinl will officiate. Friends may view the body at the Raeder funeral home from Wednesday noon until time of services.
