Succumbs at Home This Morning After Suffering Stroke
Argyle, Wis- Mrs. Johanna McKillip, 81, died this morning at her home, eight miles west of Argyle, following a stroke two days ago. Born in Ireland, Mrs. McKillip came to this country at the age of 17. She was married 58 years ago to Dan McKillip.
Surviving her are four daughters, Mrs. Melvin Burris, Blanchardville, Miss Elizabeth McKillip, at home, Mrs. Pat Quinn, Blanchardville, and Mrs. James McDonald, Fayette, Wis.; two sons, Andrew, at home, and Dan, Blanchardville; 22 grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and one sister in Ireland. Mrs. McKillip was a member of the Yellowstone Catholic church, where funeral services will be held Saturday or Monday. Definite arrangements are to be announced later.
