She was born Jan. 11, 1916, in Conneaut, Ohio, the daughter of Luther and Mable Bell Stacey.
She had been employed at the former New Process and Watson Retirement Home in Warren, and was a member of the Jamestown East Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses and AARP.
Donna is survived by a daughter, Jeanette Mason, two grandchildren,
Paulette Petransky and Tim Mason, and two great--grandchildren, Jeffery and Shaina Mason, all of Frewsburg.
She was predeceased by her husband, Millard Brogan in 1972, a son, Jack Shawl in 1953, as well as four brothers and two sisters.
