Miss Anna Snowden, 64, died some time Wednesday afternoon, by her own hand. She had been in very poor health during the past year, and was quite despondent because of her inability to recover.
She is survived by two sisters: Mrs. Charles Bogue, of Colorado Springs and Mrs. Cyrus Black of Kearney and one brother, William Snowden, of this city. Both her father and mother, pioneer Kearney residents, preceded her in death.
The funeral will be held on Friday afternoon, at two o'clock, from the Anderson funeral home, with Rev. David A Johnson in charge. Burial will take place in Kearney cemetery.
