Jack Fox, 63, of Providence, died at 2 a.m. Friday at Cardwell Hospital in Providence.
Surviving are his wife, Hazel a son Freddie, living at home; and two brothers, Dee Fox of Providence and R. L. Fox of Gilbertsville.
Funeral services were held at 2p.m. Sunday at Townsend Funeral Home with the Rev. Chester Cannon officiating.
Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery.
