Services For Parker Will Be Held Monday
George Henry Parker, 56, field foreman for the Pipeline Service Company, died after a heart attack near Pauls Valley about noon Thursday. Mr. Parker, a Seminole resident for the past 20 years came to Oklahoma from Arkansas. He had worked for Pipeline Services Company for eight years. A veteran of World War I, Mr. Parker is survived by his wife Verna, of the home address, 20 South Seventh Street; two daughters, Mrs. Geraldine Ellis, Seminole and Mrs. Gwendolyn Lasater, Bakersfield, Calif., five grandchildren, two brothers and three sisters. Services under the direction of Gibson Funeral Home will be conducted at 2 PM Monday from the First Baptist Church in Seminole. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
