Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Lou Garner, 54, 911 Park
St., Florence, who died Saturday at ECM Hospital following a
lengthly illness, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Morrison-Elkins Funeral Home Chapel in Florence with Rev. Clinton
Busler, Rev. Charles Richie and Rev. Jimmy Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Tri-Cities Cemetery, Morrison-Elkins directing. Mrs. Garner was a native of
Pulaski, Tenn., but has resided in Florence for the past 12 years. Survivors include her husband, Frank W. Garner, Sr. of Florence; five sons, Frank Garner, Jr., Herbert Garner,
and Roger Garner, all of Florence; Charles Garner, Tupelo, Miss. and Sammie Garner, Ft. Richie, Md.; five daughters, Miss Janet Garner, Florence, Mrs. Alice Watts, Pulaski, Tenn., Mrs. Joan Shettles, Tupelo, Miss., Mrs. Sue King, Huntsville, and Mrs. Martha Ward, Nashville, Tenn.; three brothers, Herbert Reed, David Reed and Clifford Reed,
all of Birmingham; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Grammar, Nashville, Mrs. Elnora Stansell, Birmingham and Mrs. Geneva
Horton, Monroe, La.; 19 grandchildren and four great
grandchildren. The body will remain at the
funeral home until time for services.
