COOKEVILLE – Funeral services for Arah Carr, 82, of Silver Point will be held Thursday, July 7, at 10 a.m. in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper and Huddleston Funeral home. Burial will be in Cookeville City Cemetery.
Miss Carr died Monday, July 4, 1994, in Cookeville Manor Nursing Home.
A native of Putnam County, she was born June 3, 1912, to the late Wesley and Ina Belle Helms Carr.
Her family includes one sister and brotherinlaw, Ora and Floyd Adams, and one brother, Joe Carr, all of Silver Point, TN.
In addition to her parents, Miss Carr was preceded in death by a sister, Minnie Carr.
