On Friday morning, Otis Colby, son of J.H. and E.W. Phillips, in the 16th year of his age.

The funeral services will take place at 6 o'clock this (Saturday) afternoon at Oak Hill Cemetery, Georgetown. The friends of the family are respectfully invited to be present.
