William E. Elliott, 81, of El Cajon died Tuesday. He was born in Goshen, Ind, and worked for County Motor Parts. He served in the Army Air Forces during World War II.
Survivors include his stepdaughter, Patti Richerson of Mad River; and sister, Suzanne Bell of Jamul.
