Harold O. Diefenthaler, of 2025 Broadway St., New Holstein, died Thursday, March 7, 1991 at Calumet Medical Center in Chilton.
He was born on February 6, 1911 in St. Anna, a son of the late William and Amelia Petzold Diefenthaler.
On November 28, 1936 he married Althea Herzog in Kiel. She preceded him in death on August 8, 1987.
He was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, New Holstein.
He is survived by two sons, Ralph (Donna); Clifford (Pam), all of New Holstein; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a twin brother, Roland (Louise), Manitowoc; one sister, Mrs. Norma (Ralph) Jorgenson, Sheboygan. He was preceded in death by wo brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be held Friday from the Erbe-Evjen Funeral home in New Holstein, the Rev. Albert Borns officiating Burial will be in New Holstein City cemetery.
