Husband: Mason Currin Swearingen (13 July 1906-Dec. 1973, Winston-Salem, Forsythe Co., NC).
Son: Charles William Swearingen (25 June 1930 NC-1 May 2003 Santa Maria, Santa Barbara Co., CA).
Lillian worked as a nurse in a Wake County TB sanitarium. She contracted TB from which she died. Her daughter Peggy contracted TB from her but penicillin was discovered in time to save her life.
