Lucille was born to Mary and Joseph Terry November 23, 1921. She was preceded in death by her parents: brothers, Lewis and Lynn and sisters Lola Mae Hill and Ann Howard. One son, Charles David also preceded her in death. Her brother Willard and sister Ruby have since passed away.
Her beloved husband, Walter died in March of 2002. She is survived by her children, Robert Steven and wife Ginger; Barbara Gail Smith and husband, Henry, Panda Flen and husband David and Paula Hill and husband Roger. She is also survived by grandchildren Melissa Sanders, Celeste Ashley, Michelle Shaeffer, Jonathan Smith, Lance Smith, Cara Turnbow, J. Smith, Michael Hill, Jonathan Flen, and Christopher Flen. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren. Her only surviving sibling is Dave.
She and her husband were very close to Luana Hopkins, a friend that they called her own and Luana's family.
Lucille was a devoted wife and mother. She owned a day care center for many years and became Mama Cil to many children in the area. She and her husband were faithful to the Church of Christ.
Lucille and Walter loved to camp and arrow head hunt and
take the grandkids on trips.
