Margaret Vreeland was born in either New Jersey or New York. She married Joel Ball Oct. 13, 1821 in Romulus, Seneca Co., NY. They migrated to Michigan in 1834 and settled in Ridgeway, Lenawee Co., MI. They had 11 children.
