On 16 Sept 1890, Private Joseph Debli transferred from Troop G, 4th Cavalry to Company C, 4th US Infantry (Army Post Returns).

On 14 Aug 1893, Wagoner Joseph Debli was discharged from Company C, 4th US Infantry at Boise Barracks, Idaho (Army Post Returns).

On 12 Sept 1899, Michigan City, Indiana; he had enlisted with Company I, 44th US Infantry and mustered out on 30 June 1901 at San Francisco, California. He resided in La Porte, Indiana after mustering out (Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers Admissions).
