Suggested edit: The pension card from Ancestry.com seems a certain match. The birth and death dates are from a death certificate (in poor shape) on Ancestry.com and the two obituaries were found on Newspapers.com. They are for the same person as the dates match and the death certificate and an obit places him living on Hannah Street. The death certificate identifies that he was buried at East Hill Cemetery, Rushville. Public member trees on Ancestry.com connect the Zephaniah Ross who died in 1904 with the pension card.
