Annie was the first wife of Artemas Enman (1839-1917); they were married September 2, 1869. Artemas was a son of John Enman and Catherine Wisener. Annie died aged 28 years and is buried in the family cemetery at Grandview. From the Patriot, 25 May 1872: "Died at Murray Harbor Road, after a painful illness of 13 months, which she bore with Christian patience, Annie, beloved wife of Artemas Enman, aged 28 years, leaving a husband and 2 children, also a large circle of friends to mourn their loss."
