DEATH CLAIMS MRS RAY BLAKELY

Mrs. Adelia Grant Blakely, age 30 years, the wife of Raymond F. Blakley, died at 6 a.m. today at the home of Mr. Blakely's parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Blakely, south Washington street. She had been ill for several years with tuberculosis and bedfast for the past two months. Her little daughter, Julia Anne, was born at the city hospital on July 4th and Mrs. Blakley remained in the hospital ten weeks following the event, after which she was taken to the home of her parents-in-law.

Mrs. Blakley was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James S. Grant, and the latter has been at her bedside for some time. Mrs. Grant has been living in Indianapolis until recently. Mrs. Blakley was a member of the 1st Christian church of this city and leaves a host of friends both in the church and out.

Besides these, she is survived by her husband, parents, one sister, Mrs. Carrie Brant Beck of Evanston, Ill., and three little children, Julia Anne, age 2 ½ months, Raymond Charles, age 2 years, and Robert Grant, age 4 years.

Mr. Blakley is a popular grocer of this city.

The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock at the W. O. Blakley home, south Washington street, with Rev. Lloyd H. Miller of the Christian church, officiating. Interment at the Clear Creek cemetery.
