DENNIS, Jan. 10. Mrs. William March died at the home of her son Edward March, two miles southwest of Dennis, at 1:20 o'clock this morning. She had lived in the county for 35 years and was 89 years old.
She was born Miss Gemima Yoho, Sept. 26, 1846, in Vermillion county, Illinois. In August 1865, she married William March. She had lived for many years with her son.
Surviving her are four of 11 children. Ther are Edward March and Mrs. Alice Skaggs of rural Dennis; Mrs. Maggie Hill, Caldwell, Idaho and Chester March, Boise, Idaho. Other survivors are 41 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held in the United Brethren church of Dennis with the Rev. Thompson in charge. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetary. The Sperry funeral home of Mound Valley is in charge of arrangements.
