Funeral services for Mrs. Stella Bohannon were held Wednesday afternoon at the U.S.A. Prebyterian Church with the Rev. Charles Sharp officiating. Burial was in the Cookeville cemetery. Mrs. Bohannon died in her home on South Washington Avenue, Tuesday, July 12.
Mrs. Bohannon is survived by one son, Keith of Cookeville; two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Hensley of Cookeville and Miss Betty Bohannon of New York, City; four sisters, Mrs. Sam Brown, Mrs. Combs Burgess, Mrs. Hattie Brown all of Sparta and Mrs. Emma Farris of California. Mrs. Bohannon is the
widow of the late "Hop" Bohannon.
