She was born October 30, 1948 in Jamestown, a daughter of Waldo Haskins, who survives her, of Cherry Creek, NY, and the late Doris (Slagle) Haskins.
She had attended the Corry Alliance Church, in Corry, Pa., had owned and operated Carol's Clocks in North Warren and enjoyed all kinds of craft making.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her Husband Charles Foust, 2 stepsons, Tom and Kirk Foust, both of Starbrick, a stepdaughter Kimberly Anthony of Garland, several brothers and sisters including, Earl "Billy" Smith Jr. and Sue Hammersley of Warren, and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a stepdaughter Holly Foust, her stepfather Earl Smith Sr., and several brothers and sisters.
