Affectionately known as "Mama Laura", born to the late Frank and Ada Thomas Ricketts. She received her education in Woodlyn, PA. She was a member of the Fairview Baptist Church. She was the widow of the late David Bowler. She is survived by daughters, Lottie Dickerson (Andrew) and Marie Coles; son, Wilbert Rickets (Debra); brother, Joseph Ricketts (Josephine) all of Chester, PA. She was predeceased by sisters, Elsie Hatchett,Helen Bruton, Evelyn Harris, Dorothy Jones and Hazel Coles; brothers, Frank Ricketts, William Ricketts and John Ricketts. She also leaves 22 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildfren, 10 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to cherish her memory.
