Joseph Roth, 91, of 2845 Pinard St. died at 3 a.m. Monday at the Dubuque Health Care Center.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Ghost Church, with burial in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Monday at the Haudenshield-DeWachter Funeral Home, 2170 Central Ave., where the Rosary will be said at 7 p.m.
Mr. Roth was born in Guttenberg, Iowa, Dec. 1, 1884, and was a carpenter with the Conlon Construction Co. until his retirement.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Joseph (Clara) Vodicka of Dubuque, and nieces and nephews, including Mrs. Mary Ruh, with whom he had made his home.
