The Angel of Death Out-Sped Them.
The Observer mentioned several days ago tat Miss Alice Guion had gone to Colubia, S. C. to be with her sister, Mrs. Dr. Babcock, who had a very sick child. news was received in the city last night of the death of the child. Dr. and Mrs. Babcock and Miss Guion were on their way to Charlotte with the little one-Catharine-hoping the change would prove beneficial. They got only as far as Chester before the little one passed away. She was just two years old. The remains will be brought here today for burial.
