Philip Poore, Of The Livery, Winterslow, died suddenly aged 62.

4th son of Maj. Robert Poore & Juliana Benita nee Lowry-Corry of Old Lodge, Lower Wallop, and brother of Nina Mary Benita Douglas-Hamilton, Duchess of Hamilton & Brandon.

Married Cicely Eleanor Barry, daughter of Sir Arthur Edward Barry (4th Baronet) and Eleanor Margaret nee Scott, on 16 October 1918. Cicely is thought to have died in Pakaraka, New Zealand, in 1978. They had five children by 1928.
