Philip Forsman Tucker, 84, Union, passed away Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007, in Washington.

Mr. Tucker was born Feb. 9, 1923, in Cannonsburg, Pa., the son of Hiram Tucker and wife Alice.

He received his education in Pennsylvania.

In 1965, he was united in marriage to Emogene Bade in Union.

They owned and operated Bade Shoe Store in Union.

Mr. Tucker was a member of First Baptist Church, St. Clair.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Douglas and John Tucker; and two brothers, Wilson and Hiram Tucker.

Mr. Tucker is survived by his wife, Emogene Tucker, nee Bade, Union; two stepsons, Mike Crites and Doug Crites, both of California state; one stepdaughter, Dana Rameriz, California state; two sisters, Sarah Sims and Jane Toth; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 27, at Oltmann Funeral Home, Union. The Rev. Phil Turner officiated.

Burial was in Midlawn Cemetery, Union.

Memorials to First Baptist Church, St. Clair, are preferred.

The family was served by Oltmann Funeral Home, Union.
