Husband of Mary Ann Offer (nee Williams), of 21, Brick St., St. Jude''s, Bristol.
Walter and Mary had married in 1908 at Bristol.

In the 1911 Census, Walter is shown to be living at 60, Great George Street, Bristol, Gloucestershire with his mother Hannah (54) and his five siblings, James (31), Hannah (25), Margaret (21), William (19) and Martha (13).
