Mildred, infant daughter of J.W. and Rebecca Boon, aged 11 months, died Februaury 6, 1902 of pneumonia. As a flower to bloom in the spring and fade in the autumn, it semed hard for the heart-broken parents to give up their darling babe in the springtime of her life, but God doeth all things well.
We loved her, yes we loved her,
But angels loved her more,
And they have sweetly called her
To yonder shining shore.
