Mrs. Rosie M. Schaeffer, 81, 111 Lehman St., died Wednesday at her home. She was ill for four weeks. She was the widow of Fred J. Schaeffer and the daughter of the late Christ and Sarah Hess Messinger. She was a member of Bethany Evangelical United Brethren Church.
